Aika's Terms
1. Payment TermsPayment is divided as follows:50% upfront to begin the project50% after final approval, before delivery of final filesWork will only begin after the initial payment is confirmed2. Design Process• The client must provide a complete brief (name, style preferences, references, etc.)• 2 initial concepts will be presented• The package includes 3 revisions• Additional revisions cost $4 more.• $3 per initial project
3. Final Delivery• After full payment, the client receive the logo on high-resolution
• Versions for light and dark backgrounds4. Refund Policy• The initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it covers creative time and work
• If the client cancels after the project has started, no refund will be issued
• If the project has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered
5. Usage RightsPersonal Use:• Standard pricing• Allowed for non-commercial purposes• Not permitted for business, resale, or profit-generating use
Commercial Use:• 50$ + for commercial use
• Includes usage for:• Businesses
• Products
• Marketing and advertising
• May include:
• Exclusive design
• Full rights transfer
6. Copyright & Ownership• The designer retains full copyright until final payment is completed• After full payment:• For commercial use: writes will be fully transferred• The designer reserves the right to display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed7. Timeline• Estimated turnaround time: 1 week to 1 month , If the client takes too long to respond, the work will take longer to complete since I need the client's approval.• Timeline may vary depending on project complexity and client response time8. Cancellation Policy• No refunds will be issued after the project has started• Lack of client communication for 7 days may result in project pause or cancellation9. Client Responsibilities• The client must:
• Provide clear instructions and references
• Respond within a reasonable time frame
• Delayed responses may affect delivery time
11. Additional ClausesNo Concept Claiming
• Unused drafts/concepts remain the property of the designer
• The client cannot use or claim rejected conceptsNo Chargebacks
• By purchasing, the client agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks
• Any issues must be resolved through communicationCreative Freedom
• The designer maintains creative direction based on expertise and client brief
• Results may vary based on subjective preferencesFile Storage
• Files may be stored for 30 days
• After that, recovery is not guaranteed
12. Rush Delivery Fee• Standard delivery times apply as stated in the project timeline
• If the client requests a faster turnaround, a rush fee of 50% of the total project price will be applied
• Rush orders are subject to availability and must be agreed upon before the project begins
• The customer should respond within an acceptable timeframe to avoid delays.
